How do I use the Visa check card?
The Visa check card is still your ATM card, but you can also use it to make purchases from your checking account everywhere you see the Visa® symbol. It's easy — simply hand your card to the cashier and ask to sign the receipt. You don't even need to key in your PIN. There's no check to write and no ID to show. You can also use your card for catalog purchases or when you're shopping online. Plus, record keeping is easy because every transaction is detailed on your monthly checking account statement.

Use your Visa check card instead of cash or checks at more than 25 million locations worldwide where Visa cards are accepted, including your local movie theater, the hardware store, or at your favorite restaurant. It's also good for all your everyday purchases including dry cleaning, photo processing, and stamps.
Zero Liability
It's safer to use your Visa check card than cash or checks. Visa's Zero Liability policy is maximum protection for you. So if your card is ever lost or stolen, you'll pay nothing for any fraudulent purchases. Simply report the incident to your financial institution.

Use your Visa card to shop online, in a store, or anywhere, and you're protected from unauthorized use of your card or account information. With Visa's Zero Liability policy*, your liability for unauthorized transactions is $0—you pay nothing! Visa takes online security very seriously so that you can focus on your shopping.

There is no monthly fee** for the Visa ® Check Card. However, the same ATM charges, surcharges and regular account service charges apply that you normally pay for ATM transactions.
*Covers U.S.-issued cards only. Visa's Zero Liability policy does not apply to commercial card or ATM transactions, or to PIN transactions not processed by Visa. See your Cardholder Agreement for more details. Cardholders should always regularly check their monthly statements for transaction accuracy. First National Bank may impose greater liability on the cardholder if the bank reasonably determines that the unauthorized transaction was caused by the gross negligence or fraudulent action of the cardholder - which may include your delay for an unreasonable time in reporting unauthorized transactions.
**There are NO transaction fees for withdrawing cash at any of First National Bank's ATMs. First National Bank will refund fees incurred due to the use of other financial institutions’ ATMs if you present an original, legible receipt within 60 days of the transaction. Mail or bring original receipts in, no faxes. Any fees associated with your current checking account will apply when using your Visa ® Check Card, such as activity fees or non-sufficient fund (NSF) charges. There are no monthly fees associated with possessing your Visa ® Check Card.
